The effi­cien­cy of a com­pa­ny is reflect­ed in its gen­er­al pro­duc­tion con­di­tions. There is prob­a­bly no oth­er area of busi­ness where the work­ing envi­ron­ment has such a deci­sive impact. The right sys­tems, used cor­rect­ly, increase pro­duc­tiv­i­ty mea­sur­ably and sus­tain­ably. Work is per­formed faster, more ergonom­i­cal­ly, and in a more time-effi­cient way. In short: if invest­ments pay off vis­i­bly any­where, then here. And this is where we, or rather our mate­r­i­al-han­dling sys­tems, come into play.
Mate­r­i­al-han­dling stands for a process chain that can be as exten­sive as it is val­ue-adding. Be it in the receipt of small and raw mate­ri­als, the stor­age and trans­port of semi-fin­ished prod­ucts or ship­ping. It is sim­ply bet­ter to do these things sys­tem­at­i­cal­ly, which is why inter­na­tion­al stan­dards have estab­lished them­selves. An exam­ple for this is the Euro-pal­let, an idea that is so pop­u­lar because it’s so sim­ple – a prin­ci­ple that is typ­i­cal of our mate­r­i­al-han­dling sys­tems, but that’s not all.
SIMPLY is typ­i­cal­ly SIMPLY when parts are eas­i­er to find, store, sort and trans­port. SIMPLY makes itself use­ful, when even heavy goods are trans­port­ed eas­i­ly. Safer in any case, because less has to be improvised.
Each com­po­nent builds on the oth­ers, the advan­tages are com­pre­hen­sive, and the appli­ca­tions are com­pat­i­ble. For mate­r­i­al-han­dling that increas­es the effi­cien­cy of your com­pa­ny prac­ti­cal­ly from a stand­ing start.

The car­go bed of a truck becomes a mate­r­i­al ware­house on wheels. 

WPS as an exter­nal ware­house on a con­struc­tion site. For pipes, as well as long grain wood pro­files, gut­ters and much more. 

After con­struc­tion, it can be used on anoth­er con­struc­tion site or as a buffer stor­age in the plant. 

Faster trans­port of longer met­al or wood parts to the con­vey­or belt. 

Pre-picked with parts at the pro­duc­tion site, or fast and safe trans­port of sen­si­tive parts such as engine blades, or car axles.

The typ­i­cal oper­a­tional envi­ron­ment for the SIMPLY IPC 

Trans­port of heavy semi-fin­ished goods from the ware­house to the pro­duc­tion site using a fork­lift with an IPC trailer. 

Fast unload­ing of the truck on deliv­ery of heavy and bulky car­go thanks to the low and eas­i­ly acces­si­ble car­go bed. After that, fast trans­port to ware­house or production.

Assem­bly work on a truck engine. The IPC offers easy access from the sides and above. Once the engine has been ser­viced, the IPC can be used for stor­age until the engine is installed or delivered.

The IPC is equipped with an indus­tri­al pal­let and used pre-picked wher­ev­er there is no con­vey­or belt, but fixed main­te­nance and mount­ing points.

The indus­tri­al pal­let is pre-assem­bled for each assem­bly step of a large com­po­nent and is trans­port­ed to the pro­duc­tion site using the indus­tri­al plat­form conveyor.

Sev­er­al indus­tri­al pal­lets on a can­tilever rack serve as per­ma­nent stor­age for medi­um sized parts.

Heav­ier and medi­um sized parts are stored on an indus­tri­al pal­let out­doors when there is no space in the hall or the warehouse. 

Extreme­ly heavy parts find their place on a frame­less IP. This way they can be stored and trans­port­ed quick­ly and safe­ly if needed.

The typ­i­cal oper­a­tional envi­ron­ment for the SIMPLY Euro-pal­let con­vey­or EPC. 

Stan­chions secure sev­er­al emp­ty Euro-pal­lets on top of each oth­er. Slip-resis­tant and tilt proof.

Ide­al for the pal­let trade.

The EPC serves as a pal­let ware­house for the Europool deposit sys­tem. The EPCs take up very lit­tle space in the ware­house, leav­ing the pal­lets dry. When the pal­lets are picked up, a fork­lift truck can eas­i­ly manoeu­vre the EPC.

The EPC is nar­row and eas­i­ly manoeu­vrable. An EPC with full Euro-pal­lets or pal­let cages is able to pass through even nar­row path­ways in the ware­house or in the pro­duc­tion hall.

The com­bi­na­tion of Euro-pal­let and pal­let cage results in an extreme­ly flex­i­ble ware­house. Mobile or stationary.

Designed for heavy-duty use 

The SIMPLY MHS are made of steel and are designed, from the out­set, for heavy-duty use in intra-com­pa­ny logis­tics. With heavy goods, bulky goods, nar­row pathways.
Anoth­er rea­son why steel is an uncom­pro­mis­ing alter­na­tive to AL con­struc­tions: con­tact cor­ro­sion can­not occur. 

Can be used as a buffer stor­age facility 

The SIMPLY MHS are extreme­ly mobile, load-bear­ing, flex­i­ble and require lit­tle space due to their small clear width and height: the MHS also cut a fine fig­ure as a buffer stor­age facility. 

Can be com­bined with one another 

Shelv­ing sys­tems, pal­lets and con­vey­ors are coor­di­nat­ed with each oth­er. Every com­bi­na­tion is greater than the sum of its parts.

The MHS are the result of years of prac­ti­cal expe­ri­ence. Dif­fer­ent pos­si­bil­i­ties are con­sid­ered and planned from the out­set. And you have sev­er­al options to choose from.
